1. About Us
We are a UK-based artisan craft business specialising in custom engraved items. These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made in-person and via our website, social media, email, or other distance selling channels.
2. Contract Formation
2.1 All orders constitute an offer by you to purchase goods from us.
2.2 A legally binding contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation email.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inappropriate customisation requests.
3. Product Description
3.1 Due to the bespoke nature of engraved products, all items are made to order.
3.2 We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and previews are accurate; however:
-
Colours, materials, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, and natural materials.
-
Engraving positioning and depth may vary slightly as part of the handmade process.
3.3 Any preview images are illustrative only unless explicitly stated.
4. Personalisation & Customer Responsibility
4.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted text, spelling, dates, and design details are correct.
4.2 We are not liable for errors provided by the customer once the order is confirmed.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse engraving content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes intellectual property rights. By placing an order, you confirm that you have sufficient rights to make use of any supplied image file.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
5.2 Payment must be made in full before production begins.
5.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; however, this will not affect confirmed orders.
5.4 Separate terms may apply to bulk or trade orders.
6. Production & Dispatch Times
6.1 Estimated production times where provided are not guaranteed.
6.2 Delays may occur during peak periods, material shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.
6.3 Dispatch times refer to when the item leaves our premises, not delivery time.
7. Delivery
7.1 We deliver within the UK and internationally where specified.
7.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
7.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
7.4 It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
8. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
8.1 Under UK law, consumers typically have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases.
8.2 However, this right does NOT apply to personalised or custom-made goods.
8.3 As our products are bespoke and made to your specifications, you do not have a statutory right to cancel once production has begun.
8.4 If you wish to cancel:
-
Before production begins: contact us immediately; cancellation may be possible at our discretion.
-
After production begins: cancellation will not be accepted.
